What We Do

Many consulting firms provide the answer to, “What should we be in the marketplace?” Traditional training firms provide various types of skill and knowledge. But, nobody helps to put the desired behavior change into action and develop and equip management to lead the change process. This is the mission of Business Efficacy.

    Most organizations make sales too complex. They fail to focus on the few sales activities that matter most to driving the business results they are after. Business Efficacy analyzes, identifies, prioritizes and simplifies what must be done well at customer interface to find, gain, and grow customers.
  2. We will leverage your existing resources wherever possible.
    Many organizations invest significant dollars on various tools, processes, and programs. Often, what exists is quite good. Business Efficacy will leverage what’s there and get it working for you productively as part of the solution – generating results faster as well as returning and investment on your existing pieces.
  3. We will equip, develop, & challenge sales management to be the lever to difference making behaviors. Sales management is the key to short and long-term sales behavior change. We make sure this critical group learns, applies, and drives what needs to be done in the field get the required behavior change executed.
  4. We will create behavior change.
    Most consultants leave clients hanging after the easy part of change is checked off – the strategy. Business Efficacy defines what needs to be done to get real sales execution, and then rolls up its sleeves and hits the field to ensure it happens. We share accountability and ownership for measurable change with our clients.
