George Lipovsek – Senior Consultant

George LipovsekGeorge brings more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience to Business Efficacy. Prior to joining Business Efficacy, George served as a Senior Sales Executive at both Rollerblade, Inc. and Scotts Company. In each of these roles George led his team to surpass gross sales and net profit goals in advance of set timelines. He led reinventions of the organization's sales structure, policies, and processes, hired and developed new senior management teams and revamped all commission and incentive programs.

George also has extensive experience combining multiple sales cultures and philosophies, leading Scotts Company through an acquisition of a competing firm and subsequent successful IPO.
