Marcia Petersen – Senior Consultant

Marcia brings 30 years of experience in sales management, marketing, learning & development, strategic change leadership, consulting, and professional development to Business Efficacy. Prior to joining Business Efficacy, Marcia most recently held the position of Chief Learning Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland's U.S. subsidiary - Citizens Bank. She also served as Senior Vice President for sales and service strategic change at Citizens Bank. In this role, she developed and implemented sales practices and alignment in Retail Branch networks and new channel launch in supermarket banking. Marcia has held sales management roles as well as leadership positions in project management, marketing, human resources, and training at both Norwest Bank and Citicorp.

Marcia has extensive experience in driving strategic change implementation, training, recruiting and hiring processes, incentive plans, systems integration, and sales leadership coaching for improved performance and consistent customer experience.
