Marilyn’s extensive experience includes sales, sales management, marketing, business consultant and leadership development positions. As a former Vice President for a major retail services firm, she led marketing and sales as well as developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies that led to positioning the company as a global leader.
As part of the Business Efficacy team, Marilyn partners with leaders at all levels to identify stretch goals and create pragmatic action plans that focus on the process and behaviors leading to sustainable results. Her collaborative and creative approach leverages the unique talents and abilities of the individual and challenges them to build on their strengths to provide value to their teams and to the organization.
Marilyn also designs leadership and sales development programs and facilitates dynamic learning experiences for groups ranging from field sales colleagues to corporate training/development staff to top-tier executives.
